    One of the best gym in central Quebec city. The staff is nice and helpful and people don't act like douche and drama queens. I like their no phone in toilets policy.

    This is a great gym, very friendly staff, excellent equipment and comfortable atmosphere. I recommend this gym if you are local, or looking for an alternative to the sub-par hotel gym. Fair prices for those travelling as well.

    Excellente salle de musculation située à la limite du Vieux-Québec et du quartier St-Roch. Bonne variété de machine et d’exerciseur. Les cours de groupe sont très bien et les coachs sont motivés et motivants. Le gym est ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et 7jours sur 7, sauf le week end où il ferme plus tôt. C’est un gym abordable et pas trop achalandé. Je le recommande.
